Thanks for the video as I am considering getting the Mayku Multiplier. You state at the end that the reducer plate enables using taller templates... Why is that?
If its surface were 50 cm, it would be even better... 40 cm is a very small area!!😢

What is the best vacuum to use ??
If I may, I'd like to make 2 suggestions if you make another similar video. 1, if you want to compare the two, make sure you're using the same units. The positive pressure didn't sound impressive when you didn't use the same units to describe the vacuum. Similarly, suggestion 2, you introduce each vacuum piece first and talk about how bad it looks. However, the audience doesn't see what it is supposed to look like first so again, we can't agree or disagree with you. Start by showing the original part first or the positive pressure version so we can see how the "bad" version errors ourselves. When you eventually do the swiping screens to do a 2nd compare, maybe pause or hold in the middle since several of these examples are symmetrical and our eyes can see what you're talking about.

one feature I'd love to see is the ability to download the logs of the telemetry thats happening in the background during the forming process. aka the bits that add up to give the score at the end. this feature would help with traceability and verification that each part was formed successfully/ideally.

Guys. This is way too expensive for an accessory that should be included with the purchase of a multiplier. This is the price (if not more) than a nice iPad, a high end Epiphone guitar, a PS5, two Saturn resin printers, a deal on a flight to switzerland, etc. It looks perfectly well made but c'mon. You guys know this is overpriced. Your whole vision for the multiplier is cut out the expense of prototyping with a middleman but your new materials (some of them) pose an exorbitant cost and now this $600 accessory? We might as well just hire the middleman. He's cheaper.

Does this support formbox sheets?
It's compatible with the the same materials and thicknesses, but unfortunately the FormBox sheets are not compatible in size with the Reducing Plate as they're too small.

Why do you make the holes in the mold, and can tape hold back the concrete?
Any expierences from someone here to elaboratE? it looks like what this can do i can also achieve with a heated paint gun and vacuum? Can it draw porous materials also? anyone tried multiple plies/layers how did that work?

So much buzz about vacuum forming ?! So many smart words in a film...meant to describe the same thing else and misleading from the main goal....just like nowadays politic's 🤔 Brainless generation....no thinking....
Beautiful results. There's a series lack of content out there showing the use of jesmonite cast in more complex molds, like two-part molds of figures, anatomical objects, inanimate objects, or even the general low-end stuff that is par-for-the-course with other casting media, like plaster, polyurethane resins, or even fibreglass. I'm currently about to cast from a silicone mold of a bust sculpture of mine. I love the finish and potential of Jesmonite and hope it proves a viable medium. It's not stocked in any places I know of in Ireland and I have to rely on other means of acquiring it.
